The provider never responded, therefore they deserve no stars at all. There is never any excuse in business for failing to respond. I note that I am not the only Huddlebuy customer who had no reply. Unacceptable.

I got a couple of useful tips from it but found the service very superficial and I would have been horrified to have paid £75.00 for it! NB This was a few months ago and I did give my feedback then, so maybe it has been upgraded since.
