Had the machine for 3 days now and still not working. I informed them on Day 1 it was an account problem and they still haven't sorted it out. At this rate the machine will be going back before I even start the trial. For something thats meant to save time and money its cost me hours of fiddling, setting up, and phone calls as they were never returned either. Poor Tech Support, Poor customer service
