By submitting an entry to the Huddlebuy 2012 giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Huddlebuy Limited and Royal Mail Group Ltd. (“Promoters”), and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
1. The Giveaway is open to small businesses, entrepreneurs, freelancers and startups in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the Giveaway, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering this promotion you agree to accept and be bound by these rules, and deem acceptance of the terms and deem acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Entries must be received by 23.59 UK time on 30.09.12 (“Entry Period”).
3. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted during the Entry Period. Get an additional entry for each of your friend who enters. If an entrant who has been referred by you wins, you may also win.
4. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that we have their correct email address and contact details. All entries must be completed through http://www.huddlebuy.co.uk/competitions/royal-mail
5. An independent random draw to select one lucky winner (“Winner”) will take place within two days of the end of the Entry Period. Thereafter, the user who invited the winner will also be declared winners resulting in a total of 2 winners.
If any other user has not invited the first Winner, then an additional Winner will be picked through a random draw to result in a total of two Winners and no additional Winners will be picked.
The Winners will be notified by email within three days of the end of the Entry Period. If a selected entrant does not meet all of the contract conditions, or cannot be contacted within three days of end of the Entry Period another entrant will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries to select additional Winners.
6. The Giveaway is for £1,000 (one thousand pounds sterling), worth of marketing materials provided by Royal Mail, for two Winners.
7. The Promoter is free to conduct all necessary checks and may request additional information from the Winner as required for money laundering purposes.
9. You understand that you are providing information to the Promoter. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to the Promoter.
10. By entering the information you are only signing up for the Huddlebuy newsletter and for the Entrepreneurs 2012 newsletter.

11. The personal information collected from each entrant in the course of the Giveaway will be used by the Promoters for the purposes of administration of the Giveaway including all possible checks required for money laundering purposes and as otherwise permitted in accordance with Huddlebuy's Privacy Policy.
